Preliminary Consult: NO FEE!

During the day, evenings until 8:00 p.m., as well as most Saturdays, we offer preliminary consultations. A preliminary consultation can be scheduled at no charge . The following will be accomplished during the initial preliminary consult without incurring any expense: 

  • Review your dental and medical history forms
  • Make a 2D panorex x-ray of your entire dentition at no additional charge
  • Diagnostic photos
  • Educational videos describing the indicated procedure
  • Pre-authorize your insurance if applicable
  • Discuss finances and provide an estimated quote for your procedure
  • Answer any preliminary questions which may exist
  • If you have a credit score of 600 or above, an in-house interest free payment plan exists for up to 40% of your total fee paid over 12 months.

Initial Consult with Oral Surgeon: Covered by Many Insurances!

During your initial consultation with the oral surgeon, the following will be discussed:

  • Make a 3D X-ray if indicated
  • The Oral and Maxilliofacial Surgeon will review your specific surgical procedure in detail
  • Finalize the treatment plan and determine the final fee
  • Answer any additional surgical questions which may exist
  • Schedule your procedure
